We’re looking for Data Engineers on our Analytics Engineering team - you’ll collaborate with teams across the globe to build pipelines and systems to deliver data insights critical to our customers and internal teams. You’ll be part of a cross functional team that’s responsible for the full product development life cycle, from conception to deployment. About the Role:
As a Solutions Manager at CYGNVS, you will play a critical role in guiding our inbound partnership customers through onboarding and ongoing engagement with our platform. You’ll serve as a strategic partner—introducing customers to their tailored CYGNVS solution, providing targeted training, and educating them on the full scope of our product  offerings.

Your work will focus on optimizing customer usage and satisfaction by understanding their motivations, strategic goals, and desired business outcomes. You'll identify pain points, lead onboarding experiences, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive long-term value and growth for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Onboarding

  • Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding through  ongoing adoption and growth.
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage and educate customers on CYGNVS features and best practices.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, product walkthroughs, and tailored training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in HubSpot and other internal tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure customers are connected to relevant internal resources.

Solutions Customer Enablement

  • Lead onboarding for new Solutions customers, from demos to hands-on enablement.
  • Clearly communicate the value and unique features of the CYGNVS Solutions product compared to the core enterprise offering.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partnering with sales and account management teams to support deal success.
  • Regularly review customer use cases to deliver proactive education and share best practices.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (product, support, engineering) to improve the Solutions customer experience.
  • Provide day-to-day technical and product support to end users.
  • Offer insights to leadership and product teams on customer needs, feature requests, and market trends.
  • Work U.S. business hours to support our primarily U.S.-based customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years in a customer-facing role such as Onboarding Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success Manager, Business Development Rep, or similar within a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex product features and map them to customer needs.
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools and platforms; prior experience in customer retention is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Outreach preferred.
  • Background in cybersecurity or tech is a plus.
  • Self-starter mentality—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with limited oversight.
